"The new model is youthful, stylish and dynamic. What we are offering is an exceptionally sporty way to enter the world of the Mercedes-Benz coupé."
The design: dynamic with classic coupé proportions
From the side, the new coupé beguiles the onlooker with its compact proportions, low silhouette (41 mm flatter than the saloon) with powerful shoulders and a narrow C-pillar in a classic three-box design. Typical coupé features include the short front overhang, long bonnet, steeply raked windscreen and long, stretched out roof. The cabin extends far beyond the rear axle over the rear window in its flat position to a sportily short tail end.

Ford Fiesta RS WRC
Ford's new challenger for the 2011 FIA World Rally Championship, the all-new Ford Fiesta RS WRC World Rally Car, made its first global public appearance at the 2010 Paris Motor Show.
The Ford Fiesta RS WRC will make its competition debut in Rally Sweden, the opening round of the 2011 FIA World Rally Championship, on 10 - 13 February.
For Paris, the preview model has been finished in a striking blue and grey livery, specially developed for the show by Ford of Europe's design team. The new World Rally Car, derived from the best-selling Fiesta road car, is being developed by Ford of Europe and its rally partner M-Sport.
Using as a base the Ford Fiesta S2000 rally car, which won the legendary Monte Carlo Rally on its debut last January and other international and national rallies in 2010, Ford of Europe's design team and M-Sport have worked together to fine-tune the styling of the bodywork and aerodynamic package of the new Fiesta to create an exciting replacement for the outgoing Focus RS WRC.
Although detailed changes may be made as the Ford Fiesta RS WRC car continues its development programme through the balance of this year and in time for the commencement of the team's specialised pre-season testing, the final car will share the eye-catching appearance and acclaimed 'kinetic design' styling cues synonymous with Ford's latest road vehicles. The interior will also be instantly recognisable as a Ford Fiesta RS WRC rally car as it contains a number of production parts.

Ford Focus ST-R
As the all-new Focus ST road car makes its global production debut, Ford is giving a European welcome at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show to a special motorsport counterpart - the race-tweaked, production-based Ford Focus ST-R.
Despite its close resemblance to the Focus ST road car, the Ford Focus ST-R is purpose-built for the track by Ford Racing in North America as a fully-prepared competition car. It features a powerful 2.0-litre EcoBoost engine, FIA regulation roll cage, uprated brakes and track-tuned suspension.
It will be available to teams soon, starting in North America, to race in a variety of series.
The all-new Ford Focus ST-R has been crafted by engineers at Ford Racing - with technical support from Ford's Global Performance Vehicles group - to allow it to compete in a huge variety of series, including Grand-Am ST, World Challenge TC and Canadian Touring Car Series. Ford also hopes teams will race the car in key European motorsport series and major national events such as the 24 Hours of Nürburgring.
Its linkage to the new Focus ST road car is no accident.
"From the beginning, the Focus and new Focus ST were designed to be driver's cars," said Jost Capito, director of Global Performance Vehicles and Motorsport Business Development. "The road-going Focus features best-in-class brakes, handling and powertrains and the design and functionality of the various vehicle systems have helped us to develop a global technical specification for teams wanting to race the new Focus cost effectively. Ford Racing in North America has taken this effort and developed the new Focus ST-R and is a perfect example of how a great production car inspires a competitive race car for enthusiasts."
Initially homologated for American and Canadian touring car racing, Ford Focus ST-R will be available to order from Ford dealers in North America by seasoned hardcore professional drivers, amateur racers and track day enthusiasts as well. Ford's vision is to broaden availability to additional regions in the future.
"We're thrilled to be taking the Focus ST-R from concept to reality for motorsport enthusiasts initially in North America and potentially around the world," said Jamie Allison, director, Ford Racing. "The previous turn-key race cars we developed for North American racing have been hugely successful, so we are hopeful that the ST-R will be the first such vehicle for global series and as a direct result of the company's global platform strategy and our technical support program for motorsport applications of Focus and Fiesta models.
"This is a competitive turn key race car that will allow our customers to compete successfully in multiple series around the world with minor modifications. And it shows the on-going alignment of Ford Racing with our Performance Vehicles development group."
"Because the Focus ST-R is a production-based road race car, it features stock body panels and production parts where possible," added Allison. "People who buy one will get will get a fully prepared race car that will only need communications equipment and the customer's decals to go racing. We've already had significant interest in this vehicle from numerous established race teams."
For North American customers, the Ford Focus ST-R is the latest in a long-line of turn-key race cars offered by the company including the Mustang FR500C, Mustang FR500S, Mustang Cobra Jet, Boss 302R and Boss 302S. The ST-R offers clear links to the Focus ST road car.
Development work on the Ford Focus ST-R will also result in a range of Ford Racing parts to be made available to racers and enthusiasts around the world.
Focus Role in Ford's Global Motorsport Strategy
The Frankfurt debut of the Ford Focus ST-R is part of an aggressive motorsport presence for Ford, as its strategy to support motorsport development across its core global vehicle platforms gains traction. Ford is applying engineering and development expertise for vehicles like Focus ST-R to spur success in competition similar to that being enjoyed by the Fiesta in RallyCross and the X Games.
"Just as we are developing performance cars from our vehicle platforms with global customers in mind, we're taking the same platform approach with motorsport," said Capito. "The intent is to leverage our central motorsport engineering expertise to get competitive hardware in the hands of private teams and racers all around the world, and the Focus ST-R is the latest proof."
The global Focus race car development - a major plank in Ford's new global motorsport strategy - is based on international S2000 regulations. Focus ST-R adds momentum to the new Focus motorsport story launched by Team Aon in the British Touring Car Championship.
Both the Team Aon Focus BTCC car and the new Ford Focus ST-R are evidence of a Ford strategy with global ambitions to help privateers to be competitive on all levels.
Ford launched its global motorsport development program last year. At its core is technical support for privateers who chose to compete with global Ford vehicles with access to affordable, globally competitive hardware.
"We're delighted with the early success Team Aon has achieved with the new Focus in the BTCC and we are looking forward to seeing the ST-R on the track soon in global race series," Capito said. "We expect to see the ST-R competing for wins on a global scale, extending the rich racing and rallying heritage Focus has already gained both on tarmac and on dirt."

Ford Formula 2012
Ford unveiled a bold new 2012-specification Formula Ford car to visitors at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show. It's the formula that has been an essential step in the professional racing driver's career for more than 40 years and this all-new car for next season will have talented young drivers around the world eager to get behind the wheel to prove their mettle.
The new-generation Formula Ford cars will use a production-based 1.6-litre Ford EcoBoost direct injection, turbocharged engine, limited to producing around 165PS and 220Nm, and mated to a 6-speed sequential transmission with mechanical shift mechanism. The 2012 specification car represents another advance in technology and performance for the formula.
Freedom of chassis design, engine build and numerous technical items of specification have always been standout features of Formula Ford and this continues with the 2012 specification car. With only Formula 1 and Formula 3 offering this same level of freedom, it helps drive technical standards to exceptionally high levels from car manufacturers, teams and drivers alike. The different implications of car set-up and each individual chassis variation, create a steep learning curve for drivers in particular, helping to accelerate the development of their abilities to take the next step in motorsport.
Ford's global kinetic design philosophy is also echoed in the new-generation car, giving fans of the championship a style they can easily recognise. Car manufacturers will still be able to add that crucial individual touch to their cars though, with only the requirement to keep specific parts developed for aerodynamic equivalence mandated in the regulations.
Creating a safe environment is a key concern for Formula Ford, and the new car boasts increased levels of safety including a tubular chassis - the first in a single seat racer to comply with the latest, stringent FIA safety standards - front and rear carbon crash structures, side intrusion panels, FIA specification head restraint system, wheel tethers and an FIA removable seat.
FIA compliance will allow the 2012 specification car to be applicable for Formula Ford championships around the globe, especially in emerging markets where alignment to FIA regulations is commonplace.
"The 2012 specification car's FIA approved safety attributes, powerful Ford EcoBoost engine and striking kinetic design, make for a really appealing proposition for race teams and drivers," said Mike Norton, motorsport manager, Ford of Europe. "Formula Ford is already well-known as the perfect proving ground for up-and-coming drivers and engineers, and it is Ford's desire to continue nurturing this by supporting teams and manufacturers across the globe with the safest environment, latest technologies and most attractive packages. Formula Ford is in its 44th consecutive year and remains a very popular choice for drivers around the world. Many Formula Ford drivers have gone onto careers in Formula 1. This is a great compliment to Formula Ford and we are at Ford proud of this achievement."
For race teams and car manufactures Formula Ford represents a fantastic opportunity to prove their abilities and highlights Ford's dedication to continuing its support of motorsport. From World Rally Championship to single seat racing, Ford's motorsport heritage is one of the longest and strongest of any manufacturer. The 2012 specification Formula Ford car will carry that torch into the future with some style.

Bad Credit Auto Refinance - Get A Better Replacement of Your Loan
By Rock Watson
Credit
Everyone is dealing with credit issues. Lenders, who once financed all and sundry, have become so selective that an average credit score is not enough for them. So, a bad credit score is absolutely out of question.
Stringent lending norms and a bad credit score made you a sitting duck for dealers. But, this doesn't mean you are stuck with high interest rates for the rest of life. The 43rd US President said that America is land of second chance. And, it surely is.
You can have your second chance by refinancing your auto loan. Remember, that your bad credit record is just a history and nothing more. There are still few lenders who are interested in giving you that second chance.
You have the opportunity of paying off your loan with a new low interest loan. A bad credit score sure compelled you to opt for higher interest rates, but things can change now. Bad credit refinancing can free you from the vicious circle of high interest rates- high payments. It is a simple process and has the potential to save loads of money.
The loan term is also a bit longer so that it becomes easier for you to make payments. With bad credit loans available, you are no longer required to avail an expensive personal loan for making payments.
There is another important benefit associated with refinancing. As the new lender will need few days to process you loan, you will actually get to skip your payment. Isn't it great?
Now, Why Are Lenders Interested In You?
Does it sound too good to be true?
Well, lenders have a reason for it. They know that you are crazy for your car and won't let it repoed. But at the same time, it is becoming extremely difficult for you to make such high payments. They know that you just need a low-interest loan. Lenders are assured that they will not lose money if they decide to refinance you.
When Someone Is Ready To Refinance You, Why Wait?
It is a misconception that you must at least wait for a year to look for refinancing options. There is no minimum waiting period or lock in period on auto loans. You can refinance your loan anytime you want it. The earlier you do, the better it is. An auto loan is designed in such a way that your early payments are directed towards the interest amount and so your principal amount won't reduce considerably. So there is no point in waiting, is it?
Also, a car is a depreciating asset. So if you refinance it early, there are lesser chances of an upside-down loan.
Requirements
Unlike mortgage refinancing, auto loan refinancing is less concerned with appraisals. There are no stringent inspections.
You will just have to specify the car's year of manufacture and its mileage. Also a clean title is a condition. If you want to have a shorter loan term, the lender may even accept an eight year old car.
It doesn't matter for the lender if you have had a bankruptcy or tax liens in past. A continuous employment with the same employer and regular payments will definitely improve your chances of approval.
Web - The Best Place
From pin to plane, internet is the best place to find everything. Use it to search for bad credit lenders. They also go by the name of sub-prime lenders. Fill in the simple application form and you will be able to generate several free quotes.
Now, you must remember that you get the best deal only when you compare. A lower interest rate with a longer loan term is almost same as higher interest rate with a shorter term.
So, calculate the APR (Annual Percentage Rate). It will express the exact interest rate for a whole year instead of monthly payments and will be an effective tool for comparison. Take help of the online loan calculator to compute the exact benefit.
Once you find that flawless loan, don't wait for long. Grab the opportunity and get going. Sign the dotted after scrutinizing the contract.
As you complete the documentation process, the new lender will pay off your loan and you will be able to make affordable monthly payments.
What Should Be Your Long Term Strategy?
Kudos to you!
You now have a low-interest loan. But don't be satisfied with it. It is essential that you constantly work and improve your credit score. If you do so, you will be able to get that elite 0% financing.
A high credit score will solve almost all your financial problems. So, take initiatives to re-build it. Avoid unnecessary use of credit card. You must also restrict the number of needless inquiries on your credit report. Make payments on time and slowly your score will improve.
But, the immediate course of action is to hit the web and search for sub-prime lenders. Once you refinance your auto loan, you must concentrate on your credit score.
Smart car owners know that refinancing can help them in a big way, but smarter owners know the importance of credit score as well.

Ford Evos Concept
Making its global debut at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, the Ford Evos Concept represents the ultimate expression of Ford's new global design language, and explores key future powertrain and vehicle technologies.
Created as a bespoke concept vehicle, the fastback introduces Ford's first truly global design language as the momentum of the company's One Ford product plan continues to build.
"The Ford Evos Concept unites three key elements which are at the core of our One Ford global product strategy: outstanding design, smart technologies and fuel economy leadership," said Derrick Kuzak, group vice president of Global Product Development.
"With its compelling design and innovative technology experience, this is a clear demonstration of the exciting vision we have for the Ford brand. While you will never see this car on the road, the next generation of Ford products around the world will display many of the distinctive design ideas and advanced technologies it showcases."
Technology vision for enriched customer experience
Ford Evos Concept is not just a design-led exercise. It also embodies the global Ford product development team's move to design and develop vehicles as more than just an interior and exterior, or a collection of attributes.
"Our goal is to focus on enriching a customer's every experience with their vehicle - by personalizing it, adapting it, and creating unique, unexpected features that surprise and delight them," said Kuzak. "In the Ford Evos Concept, this objective is explored and extended to the area of connectivity, where the intent is not to convert the vehicle into a smartphone, but rather to provide personalised and safe connection to the outside world in an enriching manner designed totally for the vehicle context."

"In the Ford Evos Concept, this objective is explored and extended to the area of connectivity, where the intent is not to convert the vehicle into a smartphone, but rather to provide personalised and safe connection to the outside world in an enriching manner designed totally for the vehicle context."

| BUGATTI VEYRON REPLICA - FORD COUGAR RE-BODIED |
The young Mike Duke, 25, from Florida spent nine months building literally his own Bugatti Veyron. You can buy his Bugatti Veyron replica for only $89,000 on eBay.
Mike rebuild the body of his Ford Cougar imitating the Bugatti Veyron. The result is a genuine reproduction of the $1.6 million luxury car. Of course, the Cougatti" doesn't own all the 1,001 "horses" of Veyron, but has the advantage of being a cheap and easy maintenance, luxury car.
Bugatti built only 300 Veyrons with the final model and all are already sold, so Cougatti is a unique replica of an exclusive car.
Mike also commented about his car:
- "It drives smoothly without any issues and if there is ever a repair issue I'm sure it will not break the bank."
- "I'm very happy with the finished result and of course driving around in the car gets more comments than you could ever imagine."
- "I want to be careful not to call this car a Bugatti - it's a re-bodied Ford Cougar."
